Want to see how fast you can defy gravity? Looking for a good way to train for the Dirty Dozen? Then sign up for the Straight UP racing series taking place in September 2019. The series consists of four (4) events held in the northeast suburbs of Pittsburgh. Each event is an individual time trial held on pavement for a distance between one (1) and two (2) miles almost entirely uphill. Your placing in each event will also contribute towards your standing in the overall series.
Who: Anybody who can ride a bike uphill for 1-2 miles. Must have a helmet and bicycle with at least one working brake.
What: A series of four (4) uphill time trials of varying difficulty ranging in distance from around 1-2 miles.
Riders will be started individually 1 minute apart. The events are loosely based on the
hill climb season in the UK.

When: Races will occur on each Saturday in September 2019 (9/7, 9/14, 9/21, 9/28). First rider will start at 9am.
